Orders
How do I place an order?
Pick a design, choose your size or options, fill in the "Personalize it" box if the product has one, then check out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. We can change or cancel any order that hasn't been printed yet, with a full refund. Once printing starts, custom orders can't be changed.
Do you take bulk or business orders?
Yes. Ordering 50+ stickers for a business or event? Send us the details through our Wholesale & Business page.
Products
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. Our stickers and decals are printed on waterproof, UV-resistant vinyl made for indoor and outdoor use. Hand wash bottles and tumblers and skip the dishwasher.
What sizes are available?
Most stickers come in 2–12 in (5.1–30.5 cm), sized by the longest side. Each product page lists its exact sizes and prices.
Will it leave residue?
No. Our vinyl peels off clean from smooth surfaces like laptops, bottles, glass and painted metal.
Will a card skin stop my card from working?
No. Every card skin has a chip cutout and leaves the magnetic stripe and signature panel clear, and tap-to-pay keeps working. It adds slight thickness, so skip machines that pull the card inside (some ATMs and gas pumps).
Can I put a decal on my car window?
Yes, but check your state's rules on window stickers first. Never place decals where they block the driver's view.
Custom orders
Can I use my own photo or logo?
Yes. Upload it on the product page. Please only upload images you own or have permission to use. We can't print logos, characters or artwork that belong to someone else.
Will I see a proof?
For hand-drawn designs (like pet portraits or car art) we email a digital proof before printing.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
How much is shipping?
A flat $4.95 per order. Orders of $20 or more ship free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days, then US delivery takes 3–5 business days. We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Details: Shipping Policy.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Unused, unapplied ready-made items can be returned within 3 days of delivery. Email us first for a return authorization; returns go to our US warehouse in Vancouver, WA. Custom and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong. Details: Return & Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
