By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting a custom design, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Overview

Stickreews operates an online store offering products that may include stickers, decals, card skins, vehicle decals, printed accessories, custom printed products, and other related items.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stickreews. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or user of our website.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, finishes, designs, and images as accurately as possible.

However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, materials, printing processes, production batches, and other factors.

For stickers, skins, decals, and other printed products, minor differences in color, trimming, positioning, scale, or finish may occur and are not considered defects when they fall within reasonable production tolerances.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time.

4. Custom and Personalized Products

Some Stickreews products may allow customers to submit names, images, text, logos, artwork, photographs, or other custom content.

By submitting custom content, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.

  • Your content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

  • Your content does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, threatening, or otherwise prohibited material.

You are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, colors, images, sizing, and other customization details before submitting your order.

Once a custom product enters production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

5. Intellectual Property and Customer-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of content that you submit to us.

By submitting content for the purpose of producing your order, you grant Stickreews a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, resize, crop, adjust, process, print, and otherwise modify the content as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order.

Unless you separately give us permission, we will not claim ownership of your original artwork solely because you submitted it for production.

We reserve the right to reject any custom order that we reasonably believe may violate intellectual property laws, third-party rights, applicable laws, or our internal content standards.

6. Stickreews Intellectual Property

All content on Stickreews.com, including our brand name, logos, graphics, website design, product photography, original artwork, text, layouts, icons, and other materials created or owned by Stickreews, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit our proprietary content without our prior written permission.

7. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Abuse of promotions or discount codes

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Processing times, delivery times and shipping rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or other events outside our control.

11. Orders Outside the United States

We do not currently accept orders for delivery outside the United States.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because many of our products may be made to order, personalized, custom printed, or produced specifically for the customer, certain items may not be eligible for return or cancellation after production begins.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy and provide appropriate photos or other supporting information.

13. Installation and Application

Certain Stickreews products, including card skins, decals, vinyl graphics, and vehicle decals, require customer installation.

Application results may vary depending on factors including:

  • Temperature

  • Cleaning and preparation

  • Installation technique

  • Environmental exposure

  • Product size and complexity

You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your intended surface and application.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Stickreews is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, removal, misuse, incorrect surface preparation, or application to unsuitable surfaces.

For vehicle decals, customers should confirm that the intended surface is clean, compatible, and in suitable condition before application.

14. Card Skins

Card skins are decorative products and are not financial products.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that applying a card skin does not interfere with their payment card, chip, magnetic stripe, contactless functionality, signature panel, card number, security features, or their card issuer’s requirements.

Stickreews is not affiliated with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or any financial institution unless explicitly stated.

Use of third-party names or references is for compatibility or descriptive purposes only where applicable.

15. Third-Party Trademarks and Designs

Certain products or customer-submitted designs may reference brands, characters, logos, teams, entertainment properties, automobiles, games, artists, or other third-party intellectual property.

Unless expressly stated, Stickreews is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with those third parties.

All third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
