Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Most orders are printed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Custom and personalized orders that need a proof may take 1–2 extra business days after you approve the proof.

Delivery time

After your order ships, US delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Your total time from order to delivery is usually 4–7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping rates

• Orders under $20: $4.95 flat rate per order
• Orders of $20 or more: free shipping

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Wrong address, lost or damaged packages

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email [email protected] right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
